Feta is a semi-hard cheese made from a combination of sheep’s and goat’s milk.
The defining characteristic of feta cheese is that it is brined. It has a tangy, slightly salty and mildly sour flavour with an aromatic finish that recalls all the herbs and grass of the island Lesvos.
